Tom Sharpe is AMAZING at his job, knows what the customer needs before the customer tells him. He is TRULY a 5 STAR guy. I can't say enough about this GENTLEMAN, but if "HE" was the face of QUALITY SERVICE needs before the customer tells him. He is TRULY a 5 STAR guy.
