I scheduled my appointment at 6 in the morning, and I was the first one there. All I needed to get done was a clear bra removal from the front of the car. At first they told me it was difficult to take off because of how old it was, so it wouldn't be ready until 1 pm. I called back at 2 pm and they said that they would need to keep the car overnight to finish working on it. I needed the car the same night, so I told them I was coming to pick up the car after work. After 11 hours of having my vehical, I arrived at the dealership to pick it up and noticed that not a single thing was done to it. I left with no charge. I received a written report that said they did everything including washing the car but when I received the car they hadn’t even sprayed it with any water the car was still dirty. What kind of maintenance co including washing the car but when I received the car they hadn’t even sprayed it with any water the car was still dirty. What kind of maintenance could have been done if not even an oil change was done. They also did not even inform when I should bring it in for an oil change. The person who helped me was very nice and when I pointed out that it still needed a car wash they went back and did it. If something as simple as a car wash that was stated to be done, wasn’t done, what kind of assurance do I have that any actual maintenance was done. More
