I scheduled my appointment at 6 in the morning, and I was the first one there. All I needed to get done was a clear bra removal from the front of the car. At first they told me it was difficult to take off because of how old it was, so it wouldn't be ready until 1 pm. I called back at 2 pm and they said that they would need to keep the car overnight to finish working on it. I needed the car the same night, so I told them I was coming to pick up the car after work. After 11 hours of having my vehical, I arrived at the dealership to pick it up and noticed that not a single thing was done to it. I left with no charge.
