I received a written report that said they did everything including washing the car but when I received the car they hadn’t even sprayed it with any water the car was still dirty. What kind of maintenance could have been done if not even an oil change was done. They also did not even inform when I should bring it in for an oil change. The person who helped me was very nice and when I pointed out that it still needed a car wash they went back and did it. If something as simple as a car wash that was stated to be done, wasn’t done, what kind of assurance do I have that any actual maintenance was done. More
