The service was great and they provide a video clip so that you know that the service has been done, but I was a little disappointed that I did not have my paperwork in the car when it was delivered back that you know that the service has been done, but I was a little disappointed that I did not have my paperwork in the car when it was delivered back as normal. I usually have a copy of the receipt that shows all the charges and also the safety check sheet that indicates if anything is leaning towards needing repairs as a heads up, but outside of that, everything worked out the car was provided the service that I requested. I did eventually receive a copy of the receipt, but I did not receive the safety check list. More

Jamie was excellent in helping me with pricing and answering my questions when scheduling. She even had some recommendations when we picked the car up for an SUV. She's so personable and made our firs answering my questions when scheduling. She even had some recommendations when we picked the car up for an SUV. She's so personable and made our first experience there really great. Derek was great after dropping off the car; mainly during our appointment and keeping us up to date on the status of our car.
