Issue with multimedia display unit freezing and rebooting right after purchase of 2025 JGCReserve. Contacted Shottenkirk service department, met with Derrek, Service Manager to address the problem. After dia right after purchase of 2025 JGCReserve. Contacted Shottenkirk service department, met with Derrek, Service Manager to address the problem. After diagnostics, a replacement multimedia unit was ordered which has not fixed the problem of the display freezing or downloading maps. Research continues at the manufacturing level on fixing the problem. Shottenkirk confirmed they will continue to be supportive until the problem is resolved. Overall, very attentive and supportive service from Derrek and all his team. Highly recommend Shottenkirk in both the Sales and Service departments. Thank you! More
