Brian Kutzor was quick to solve the problem, and as always, was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was completed in under two hours, and the loaner vehicle provided by Lisa Maximowicz wa always, was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was completed in under two hours, and the loaner vehicle provided by Lisa Maximowicz was prompt and most helpful. The only downside was this was the second car battery installed in 5 years. The first was covered under warranty at 3 years. The new battery that was then installed only lasted 2 years. So, counting the battery that was installed at the factory, I am on the third battery in five years. Ther are only 19,000 miles on this vehicle. More

The service was excellent and they are very professional. My Audi Q5 needed a new battery in the key fob. They showed me how to replace the battery in the future and gave me 2 extra batteries.
