He really thought he could trick us into buying a more expensive car or tell me that another dealership that I was speaking to had no cars or was a stripped down version of what we were looking at. I did my research and I even called the other dealership while at Heritage and they had the car we wanted. John did not want to help a repeat customer. We bought from another place and are very happy. Please don’t let John take advantage of you. Save some money and go elsewhere. More
