This dealership provides excellent customer service in a very clean setting. They’re very prompt in taking care of the customer on arrival. I feel the prices are a bit on the high end, but I trust the serv very clean setting. They’re very prompt in taking care of the customer on arrival. I have purchased 7 Acura vehicles and had them all serviced at the Brookfield, WI dealership for more than 20 years. Until recently, I have loved the service and the service reps were amazing. Great service I only came in for an oil change, but service department was ready for me and I was in and out in a timely fashion. I did look at a pre-owned certified RDX and took it for a test drive. M service department was ready for me and I was in and out in a timely fashion. I did look at a pre-owned certified RDX and took it for a test drive. My only issue was the trade in value of my current Acura. I was not pleased. The RDX was beautiful!! More
