First service since purchase so called ahead for appointment and to learn what services would be performed. I had a medical appointment following the service so schedule was important. Arriving 10 appointment and to learn what services would be performed. I had a medical appointment following the service so schedule was important. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes early, as suggested, had to explain everything from scratch as none of the info I shared was apparently passed along to service department. Additional routine service was due, not mentioned when I set up appointment. Vehicle went in late so 2 techs assigned to finish on time. Had to ASK for what I had been told was "complimentary" wash and vacuuming. Based on sand, gravel, and Christmas glitter remaining next to front seats and in cargo area, vacuuming was skipped. Immaculate dealership and friendly staff, but weak communication. More
