I was greeted by Derek in a very "I am here to help you " attitude. He listened to the issue with the Outback, recorded the issues and reviewed with me.After the issue was not detectable, he explained that t attitude. He listened to the issue with the Outback, recorded the issues and reviewed with me.After the issue was not detectable, he explained that they had driven the car twice and scanned the systems, but it did not show up. He did say that there is a recall related to my car with the transmission that will result in a recall, but Subaru has not stated when owners will be notified.
