These guys are the best! Bought a subaru at Ocean Subaru in Fullerton with some issues. They kept telling me that is just the way the car is and I knew that wasn't true. Brou Bought a subaru at Ocean Subaru in Fullerton with some issues. They kept telling me that is just the way the car is and I knew that wasn't true. Brought my car to Irvine Subaru and the console kept going dim and my A/C wasn't cold. They did a computer update but the console still going dim but wouldn't do it when I took the car in. They replaced an O-ring, put in a new compressor and topped off the freon but the A/C still not cold all the time. I was at my wits end! And yes I got upset because they kept telling me everything is fine! but I realize now you can't fix a car that won't act up at the dealer! I asked if they would let me leave the car so they could drive it and see if it would act up. Sure enough it acted up immediately and now the a/c is fixed and the console is on order! Thank you Frank's Irvine Subaru!! More
