I found a car I wanted to test drive on Thursday 4/15 through their website. I clicked the schedule a test drive button on the specific vehicle ad and filled out my info. Within the next 20 minutes I rec through their website. I clicked the schedule a test drive button on the specific vehicle ad and filled out my info. Within the next 20 minutes I received 6 different emails from 4 separate people. I replied to the first individual who sent me stating that I wanted to schedule a test drive for the specific vehicle I saw. No response after a few hours. I then replied to the second person who emailed me. His first and last name did not match the first and last name on the email address which I thought was off but the domain was still the dealership so I figured it was ok. No response after a few hours. Today is 4/19 and I am up to 9 emails from 6 different people. I have replied to 3 of them. The last one I replied to had a title of internet manager, so I am thinking this has to be the one. So far, not a single person has replied to my return emails to schedule a test drive. I got bombarded from what seemed to be every single sales person working when I made the request but no one replied to my responses. I have to believe this some sort of technology issue on their side but wow is it frustrating. Also as a person who runs a sales team for a living, I am frustrated at this customer experience. As a society we are used to purchasing things online, I purchased a home largely using emails to express my interest and schedule time to see it. I am unable to do that here and this is one of the reasons purchasing cars is such a terrible experiance. My suggestion to anyone reading this from the dealership would be as follows. Designate a single person to follow up on eCommerce business and do not send the entire army after a single email. Communicate with your customers in the manner they wish to be communicated with i.e. digitally or phone or in person. Do not offer a service to schedule a test drive on your website if you do not intend for people to use it as such. Finally, solve your tech issue because I can not imagine that you would blatantly ignore responses if you saw them. More

This is the worst dealership ever. Every single sales representatives lacked professionalism and were very inefficient during my search for a used GLA 250. I have since been to another MB dealership near representatives lacked professionalism and were very inefficient during my search for a used GLA 250. I have since been to another MB dealership near DC where I was able to purchase and finance a vehicle with ease and respect from every single sales representative who I had the pleasure of interacting with in the purchase of my 2017 GLA 250. I do not recommend Koons MB of Catonsville. More

He knew his product and was able to put together a deal along with his sales manager, Destin. I was given a fair amount for my trade and the SL we purchased is a beautiful car. I highly recommend this dealer and would seek out Erik as a sales person. In a few years I will be ready to trade our other car and will return to Mercedes of Catonsville to shop for a replacement. My wife and I could not be happier with our Mercedes roadster. It is a dream car. More

Sleaziest Used Car Sales People I Have Ever Dealt With I agreed to buy a car for $43K over the phone with pre-owned car sales manager Destin Kahl. We made an appointment for me to come in later in the day to sign the paper work and pick up the car. I called my insurance agent and got the insurance coverage. Then Destin Kahl called me a hour later telling me that he sold my car to someone else for $1000 more. I know many used car sales people are sleazy. But at Mercedez Benz dealer, the most senior sales manager of the store, and for just a thousand bucks? It's guys like Destin Kahl that give all used car salesmen a bad name. Look at other reviews on the internet. This is not the first time this jerk has done it. Be careful when you deal with them. I am going to file a complaint against him with the store owner and Mercedes Benz USA. More

I contacted th "Sales Manager" Dustin Khale and was told despite all of our correspondence in email and text we didn't really have any agreement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS! (I actually can't believe this would ever happen with a Mercedes dealership) More

We did a comprehensive search the last month in an effort to buy a top-of-the-line recent model car, preferably a Mercedes Benz. Eric Hershan of Mercedes Benz of Catonsville worked with us very effectively. Eric understood our priorities, and largely because of his efforts, we bought a terrific one-owner E-350 from MB of Catonsville, this even though we had competitive offers from other dealerships. And even after we took possession of our newest Mercedes, Eric was still there for us and answered our questions faithfully. More
