I found the car I wanted online. The online manager (Greg Slater) was very responsive, and straight with me on the car's condition. We established values that I thought were fair and I drove two hours to do the trade.
The car was as described and there were no surprises. The transaction was efficient and very pleasant. The salesman (Sandy Spanos) was particularly helpful during this time and later, when we had to complete the multi-state paperwork. No hassle, just friendly and professional service.
All in all, can't give this dealership higher ratings. They are great!

I am currently leasing a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon and I absolutely love it. It handles well and I love the new features. It feels like a perfect fit for me. This is my fourth Hyundai, and even though my husband is a Chevy fan and tries talking me into purchasing a new Chevy, I continue to replace my Hyundai with another Hyundai. The salesman, David Brock, is one of my favorite go-to people with questions. He is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Rohan Webster steps up to the plate to help out when David Brock is busy with another customer. My other favorite people to interact with have been Scott Proeun, JR Ybarra from the service department and just recently a new additional who has been wonderful...Destiny Lipe. With this wonderful team of employees, I expect Hyundai to be around for a very long time and look forward to my next purchase at Hyundai.

Once again another visit to Hyundai of Newport, another satisfactory trip. The service team was outstanding and timely. My appointment was 9 AM and with an oil change, multi-point inspection and a recall check on my seat-belts, i was out by 9:50 AM, with my water and cookie, well done.
