Start to finish dishonest. $75k brand new f150 platinum purchase with dealer warranty and extras. Pushed the known flawed qi wireless charging system to a we owe you to fix and $75k brand new f150 platinum purchase with dealer warranty and extras. Pushed the known flawed qi wireless charging system to a we owe you to fix and then blamed my brand new iPhone as being incompatible with ford - refused to fix as first service upon purchase. We owe u tannou cover damaged from this dealer on install. Tinted windows from dealer had to be redone because outsourced shop installed with massive bubbling. Dealer fixed as part of the purchase agreement (shocking) and now passenger side door/dash rattles loudly. Service dept lies as says they cannot hear it. Service dept is incompetent and treats premium customer poorly. Avoid this dealer. More
