I recently had a disappointing experience with this dealership. Despite explicitly instructing them to perform only an oil change, they went ahead and conducted a full 10,000-mile service, resulting in dealership. Despite explicitly instructing them to perform only an oil change, they went ahead and conducted a full 10,000-mile service, resulting in a charge of nearly $600 without my authorization. When I contacted them to address this issue, they suggested measures to prevent such occurrences in the future, yet they had already ignored my initial instructions. I expressed my dissatisfaction, noting previous unsatisfactory experiences at this location and stating that this incident solidified my decision not to return. The staff appeared indifferent and made no efforts to rectify the situation or offer any form of accommodation. It's evident that customer service is not a priority for them, likely due to their monopoly as the only dealership on this side of the island. Despite the convenience of being just minutes from my home, I will not be returning due to the poor service and lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. More

I took the car in for recall notification. Before I could say a word the guy calculated that I need 3K worth of work! I asked to check the transmission fluid and he told me they cant do that Before I could say a word the guy calculated that I need 3K worth of work! I asked to check the transmission fluid and he told me they cant do that unless I pay for the trans flush and that was around $800. I paid $250 + for diagnostics because of check engine light. After 32 hours passed I had to call to see if my car was finished. When I picked it up I was given 2 error codes and the cost to fix the 2 issues was around $3,000. I purchased the 2 parts at AutoZone for $165 and it took me less than 2 hours to change the parts. I had an appointment the following Thursday for recalls on my F150 but after the experience I received from my 1st time at Windward Ford I canceled the appointment and will not return and if anyone should ever ask me about Windward Ford they will get the same response I giving now. And by the way, I was also shopping for a new F150 while I was there. More

Service was good, they told us how long it would take to complete the work. The work took longer than expected and they notified us of the new completion time.
