Non pressure experience I was expecting a high pressure sales pitch when I first went into the Audi of Stuart. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful Debra was in explaining I was expecting a high pressure sales pitch when I first went into the Audi of Stuart. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful Debra was in explaining the different models. Being a past 6 time BMW guy Audi was a bit new. I bought my first Audi RS5 after about 2 weeks. No pressure and great help from Debra, Tim, Steve and Devon. Love the car and the total experience. More

Outstanding Sales and Service exceed all expectations! We had an excellent sales experience with our recent purchase of an Audi A8 from Audi Stuart! Shortly after our purchase, there was an unusual service We had an excellent sales experience with our recent purchase of an Audi A8 from Audi Stuart! Shortly after our purchase, there was an unusual service issue with the vehicle where the solution was not immediately obvious. Instead of giving up, the Audi Stuart team of General Manager, Devin Carlson; Service Manager, David Scott; and Service Advisor, Michael Smith worked closely with us and Audi’s home office to resolve the issue. This experience made it crystal clear that beyond the sale, our long-term customer relationship with them is Audi Stuart’s TOP PRIORITY. The reality of buying a car today is that you can buy it anywhere: locally, nationwide, online...anywhere. Anyone can sell you a car - that’s the easy part. Perfection I came to the dealership as I was attending a family event for the weekend. I arrive there at 8 30 am monday morning with a serious whining coming f I came to the dealership as I was attending a family event for the weekend. I arrive there at 8 30 am monday morning with a serious whining coming from the front end. This is after I.had just had all tires balanced, rotated and all wheel alignment done by the local dealer in my home town. After examination it was shown to me that due to misbalance and misalignment by the dealership all the tires were feathered and now incorrectiable. My decision was to replace and align the are at the Stuart dealership. Everything came out fine and I won't have to deal with hometown location again except to ask for a refund for the damage they caused. Thank you Stuart Audi. NF More
