I live in Stuart and wanted to purchase the car there but honestly did not think they would match the other price I had. The salesman, Bryan Bormann, was very knowledgeable , professional and helpful. His sales manager Tim Denstedt, looked at the figures and said, no worries, we want your business and we'll make this work. They found the car I wanted in Naples, Fl, reserved it and then Tim not only matched the existing price he beat it. Devin Carlson, the GM, came over and introduced himself and told me how determined they are to win local business and keep a loyal relationship. They believe that if they lose a local customer, they're doing something wrong in how they do business. Personally, I like that. The numbers were excellent but in the end it was their sense of commitment and professionalism that made this such a positive experience. That's how buying a car should be. More
