I sat down with Scott Nitche for the first time and thought he was very pleasant but we were unable to make a deal at the time. I then received several phone calls from Tori, Samantha and Katie who were very kind, friendly and convincing to come on in and make a deal with Scott. This brought me to come in a second time and meet with Scott and make a deal. He was so convincing, patient and sweet that I couldn’t walk out a second time. Plus him and my husband got along so well they made plans to go to a yankee game! Devon made the finance portion smooth, he was very good. All around my experience at Lester Glenn Chevy was great and I would highly recommend other customers to this dealership! More
