The only dealer that found me the car I wanted. After extensive research, I knew exactly the model and accessories that I wanted on my 2019 RAV4. There were none available in this area. I spoke with salesman from 5 other dealers as well as Devin and told each exactly what I wanted to buy. The only person who went to work and actually found the car I wanted was Devin at Fred Anderson. Other dealers wanted me to come in and see what they had, which I was not interested in doing. After discussing and agreeing on the sale details, Devin and the Fred Anderson staff arranged to have the car I wanted shipped up to Raleigh from Florida. He made the whole experience very pleasant and extremely easy. When I went ot pick up the car, Devin spent a great deal of time to ensure that I understood the controls and he walked me though the process of setting my preferences. The finance department was also very easy to work with. Pam expalined all my options and all the coverages that Fred Anderson offered with the Family Plan to keep my car in great shape. She went over additional services that are available. I was made to feel that my car and my satisfaction are the most important things these people deal with. More

Although it has been a few months since my experience, it has still stuck with me, and I have had time to really get a feel for how truly satisfied with my Tacoma after nearly 5,000 miles later. As a disabled Veteran trying to lease a new vehicle, I knew exactly what I wanted, but had a very specific budget to work with. The associate that worked with me, Devin Scarborough, was as helpful as could be. He listened to everything I expressed, and understood everything I needed. He was patient, and genuinely interested in helping me get what I really wanted. In the end, I was able to secure a Tacoma TRD Sport that I didn't expect that I would be able to when I first arrived at their dealership. The vehicle itself has been everything I could have ever wanted. It has lived up to everything Devin promised it would be, and then some. Although I primarily worked with Devin, and would highly recommend anyone requesting him at Fred Anderson Toyota, all of the employees were immensely kind and wonderful. They clearly have established a cultural of excellence and customer appreciation. If you are looking for wonderful service, as well as a wonderful vehicle, then Fred Anderson is the place to go.
