I had contacted AAA for a referral for another Honda Dealership. They gave me the name of Kim Kelly Lujan. I contacted her directly and she kindly explained she was not at the dealership that particular day. But she will has some one meet with me directly and take full care of me and my aunts needs. I had only given a 30 minutes notice that I was coming in. I arrived and I was greeted with pure respect. Devon Fields was the associate who assisted through the whole process. He first started off showing us the different options the Honda Accord had to offer. We were completely impressed. Then our eyes had locked on to the new Honda Insight which looks identical to Accord now but a little smaller. We went on an amazing test drive and we said we wanted the insight but on one condition. It had to be grey with black interior. He said he would go Check stock but it may not be available due to fact the car was just released for sale the day before. He went in to the office giving us time to rummage around the dealership and look at cars. Big mistake! We spotted a car kinda hidden to the back side of the lot. Oh to my surprise there she was “Coco”2018 Honda Accord in Kona Coffee Metallic. Devon found us and informed us that they didn’t have the color combination for the insight. We told him it’s ok. I told him let talk some numbers. He ran them by me without the pressure to purchase like most dealerships would have. He was very calm and collective. I told him give us a hour to have lunch and talk about the car. Without taking my number or anything he shook my hand and gave me his business card and we had left. 2 hours later I texted him. Exactly what time I would arrive back and the color I wanted Kona Coffee and I wanted the Touring model for the chrome exhaust pipes and chrome door handles. He said ok. He greeted us and said for us to have a seat. He called me on the phone to step out side and there she was. Looking good as ever. We all came back in to finalize the paperwork which took about 10 minutes and we shook on it. He took us to the final department in finance which took a little extra time. The dealership had closed and Devon stayed to the very end 11:11 pm we drove off with the new Honda. I want to thank Devon Personally for all the help, courtesy and patience. I highly Recommended Devon Fields to help you with your next car purchase. Tell him Brandon sent you. More

It was so nice that as we were looking at cars he had a device that would open it for us and not have to go searching for a key which saved time. Went for a test drive, Devon explained the details of the car and how they work, Always nice to learn by experience. We decided to buy the car and proceeded to the $$ cost. He was able to show us several different pricing options. Very clear. Could see exactly what we were going to have to pay. Positive Experience With Excellent Sales Manager I've only been in Norm Reeves Superstore (NRS) once, for a couple of hours, and that was to finalize a sale negotiated by a car-buying agency. Sorry, I've only been in Norm Reeves Superstore (NRS) once, for a couple of hours, and that was to finalize a sale negotiated by a car-buying agency. Sorry, but the optics of a ginormous stark white space, totally devoid of warmth, really turned me off and reinforced the discomfort I usually feel in a dealership. Likewise the experience in the finance office was the typical robotic presentation of paperwork interspersed with attempts to sell more products. The only bright spot in this visit, and the reason I voted YES in your online survey rating my experience, was Devon Fields. After sending out feelers online the week before about buying a Honda Fit, his online/phone offer had been the only coherent and specific one out of dozens received and the only one I forwarded to my negotiator. So I was impressed going in. The meeting with Devon to finalize the sale was just as impressive. He was organized and professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, successfully countered my misgivings about a credit check, and took me to the car I was buying for a show and tell about features. He did all this with warmth and humor and he did not try to sell me more because he knew from my negotiator that I did not want more. All of this engendered, what is usually missing in a dealership experience, TRUST. So to Devon, please keep doing what you're doing because it really works. I would definitely recommend NRS in Cerritos to friends wanting Hondas but would urge them to contact Devon before they visit. More

After some careful deliberation, I went back and asked if I could trade in the 2014 Honda CRV, and I ended up walking out with a brand new 2017 Honda Civic. Not only that, I ended up walking out with a car I liked. Loved even. And that was mainly due to Devon pointing me in the rigth direction, asking he right questions, and just giving me a great helping hand. Definitely would recommend working with him. Thank you again! So I was recommended to Devon, let me tell you not only is Devon knowledgable about the product, but he is a good listener not to mention kind and friendly. He took care of me and my wife, we got out of there with the car that we really wanted for a killer deal "super fast" and the experience was OUTSTANDING!!! He didn't try to get us into a different car at a lower price to get us the deal we were looking for, instead he went back to the numbers guy and took care of business! Thats how its done. Thank You Devon, my wife is enjoying the Pilot and she is extremely happy with; I will definitely return to trade in my Accord for the new one.
