Quick with no hard sell! I had already emailed over 20 LA and OC Honda dealers and had been told "good luck getting that car for that price" by their internet sales managers. We went to the Cerritos auto mall knowing we were leaving with a new car, we just didn't know which dealer would be willing to give us what we want. Number 1 on the list was a Honda Accord. We drove onto the lot with a no budge budget, fully expecting a hard sell into something else and ready to move onto another brand and model. We were met at the parking stall by Devon Fields. It took him a few moments to come up with a few options, but when he did...he showed us 3 Accords that fell in our budget with the accessories we wanted. I believe the Internet Sales Managers would call that "magic". Devon was the nicest salesman. Very knowledgeable with his responses to our questions. Usually car purchases are pretty stressful. Devon had us laughing the whole time and made sure nothing sucked the joy out of our experience. It was the best day of a really bad week. More

Outstanding! Devon Fields was great! My husband and I were terrified on our way to the dealership since this was our first dealership experience and we had heard s Devon Fields was great! My husband and I were terrified on our way to the dealership since this was our first dealership experience and we had heard so msny horror stories. We were instantly greeted by Devon, and he immediately directly guided us to what we came for-used Civics. He explained the differences in the years and let us take our time. I really appreciated that he didn't try to update us into something we couldn't afford. Financing was also very fast and stress free. We were also satisfied with the amount we got for our trade in. We will definitely come back to Norm Reeves in the future and look for Devon. More
