excellent service I recently went to Norm Reeves Honda and traded my car for a 2016 Honda Civic. Devon Fields was very helpful and helped me get a deal I could no even I recently went to Norm Reeves Honda and traded my car for a 2016 Honda Civic. Devon Fields was very helpful and helped me get a deal I could no even imagine getting. He was nice, attentive and carries excellent customer service. He was not pushy at all and listened to what I had to say, I was nervous in making the deal but he completely eased me. Great experience! I just got a car from norm reeves a couple of days ago. This is my first time so I was nervous about everything! Devon was my sales person and he said tell me what you have in mind I'll show you, give you all the information and when your ready to purchase come back and see him. The accord coupe caught my eye so he drew some numbers which I liked but then I saw the civic and was really impressed because it was exactly what I was looking for. The sporting coupe feel but much smaller just for me. Well Devon was such a great salesman I walked out or should I say drove out that night in my new 2015 Civic fully loaded. I will recommend all my family and friends to come see Devon and the entire Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. More
