I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Fitzgerald last year and discovered it was not what I was looking for and I needed more space and comfort. After speaking with Keyvan and explaining my needs Keyvan recommended the Jeep Cherokee Lariat Plus 4×4. I didn't think it would have the comfort and ride I was looking for but boy was I wrong! It was exactly what I was looking for in both size and comfort. It is awesome having a sales person listen to the customer and know the vehicles they are offering. The finance department was quick, efficient and found the price and security we were looking for. Overall Fitzgerald was a wonderful buying experience. More

It's a long drive, so I peppered him with questions. He was very patient with me, kind, and was very knowledgeable. When I arrived in person, he was just wonderful. Just the kind of guy you want to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Then I met Bill Ritter, the sales manager. Imagine my surprise when I got the deal that I wanted. I was thrilled. He was just wonderful and I got exactly what I wanted from the transaction. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out of there very quickly considering it was a car purchase. I went on to Finance to complete the deal. Dewayne Dickens moved things along quickly and he was very kind and did not try to upsell me on a lot of options I didn't need since he knew where I stood on the matter when I first walked in.
