When the first car we drove wasn’t a good fit, Dez was quick to find us an exact match to our needs. The whole experience from the moment Dez greeted us at the door, to the friendly man at the gate and the sit down for paperwork with Matt was the nicest experience I’ve ever had with a car salesman. Dez made sure to explain everything clearly and presented all my options to make the deal happen. I would definitely highly recommend Dez to anyone seeking a great car buying experience! Thanks Dez! Dez Walker our salesman was wonderful. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Very honest and answered all questions asked. The only problem we had was with the woman who did our financing. She was VERY rude and thought she knew everything. She kept pestering us to buy the extended warranty. We keep telling her no and she kept pushing. At one point she was talking down to us, and I looked at my husband and said let's leave,we don't need to buy a car. She then said she did not mean anything by what she said. She then tried to throw Dez under the bus for her behavior many times, saying we told Dez we wanted the coverage. Also, she left the door to her office open so as everyone around us could hear the conversations. She was very loud and seemed to say what she wanted. Thank goodness for our salesman Dez, or we would have walked out. He spent over 4 hours with us and appreciated his hard work. More

I walked into this dealership with an almost impossible credit situation. Every single place I went to before them declined me. I live almost an hour away but decided to try ricart as a last option. I was connected to Dezmond Walker right away and he immediately proved to be authentic and truly cared about my situation. I went from thinking I had to wait a year to buy a car or go to a buy here pay here to leaving with a car that was absolutely perfect. It was only two years old and under 20k miles and a payment I could afford. He literally fought for me, cared about my situation and chose the perfect car for me. And he was honest and explained everything the entire time. Professional rockstar!!! I’ve never shopped for a car and felt like I could fully trust the person selling me the car. But this time I did. I will be calling him for every car I get in the future and referring everyone to him. The entire staff here was welcoming and good. But he went so far out of his way to help me. He’s a gem!! In a world where people don’t want to work and every place has bad customer service we should celebrate the Gems. I could go on and on.. he deserves a raise and a promotion!!! He made my year better.
