He helped my husband purchase a Tacoma Pro and Dhimitri Lako and the General Manger, Dan Bortolussi, went above and beyond to get my husband the truck he REALLY wanted! They had told us it could be 3 months before Jim saw his truck but within 48 hours the truck was at the showroom in Auburn. We had such a great experience that I ended up purchasing a Rav4. I am so excited. They made it all come together for us, They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process simple. I will always go to them when I need another car...which shouldn't be all too soon as I plan on keeping this Toyota for a very long time. Thank you for everything!! Great Job!! Laurie & Jim More

2014 Toyota Tundra This is my second Toyota purchase at Herb Chambers. Sal Sassone was a great sales rep throughout the sales process. Dhimmitri Lako also was great This is my second Toyota purchase at Herb Chambers. Sal Sassone was a great sales rep throughout the sales process. Dhimmitri Lako also was great helping out on the first part of the sale. Sal made sure to make himself on the day of delivery, took the time on a busy day to sit with my wife and kids as I was in the finance room. Sal really gets customer service and should be considered an asset of Herb Chambers Toyota. I would also like to note that General Manager Dan , took the time to notice one of my daughters who had been with us throughout the process. She is two years old and asked if it was okay to give her a Toyota stuffed animal for her good behavior. That made her night. Sometimes it is the little things that go a long way. We will be back to buy another Toyota in the future. More
