My day started with my dad and me hoping to buy a car, but we ended up gaining a friend instead. We were initially introduced to Jose Roman, who graciously offered us coffee; upon his return, he explained but we ended up gaining a friend instead. From the initial handshake and eye contact, I knew we were in good hands. If my father taught me one thing, it is to trust your gut. Throughout the entire process, Charles, Jose, and Luis Mulla made us feel completely at ease, as if we were family. While the Corolla we were interested in essentially sells itself and we could have purchased it anywhere we were looking for more than just a transaction. We wanted to build a relationship with a dealership where we would feel comfortable returning and referring to our friends and family. I would also like to mention that my father is hard of hearing; Charles showed extreme patience, communicated wonderfully, and maintained full transparency on all topics. We are delighted to be leaving today with a 2026 Corolla SE, complete with a personal gift from our new friend Charles a little bull plushie in the spirit of the World Cup.
