She notified my service tech who was quick to check in my 2013 Sonata to get its 4th recall inspection.. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait and appreciated my service tech offered to give me a lift to nearby Starbucks. I was close enough to walk but he took time to direct me on best traffic crossings to take. I was grateful he showed concern for my safety! A new fuel line had to be installed at no cost to me and I was pleased the mechanic did a complete safety inspection as well! More

I was going to take my car to Bob Baker Hyundai in Carlsbad, but they weren't even going to look at it for 4 weeks. Escondido said 1 week so I brought it here. They ended up getting started on it righ Carlsbad, but they weren't even going to look at it for 4 weeks. Escondido said 1 week so I brought it here. They ended up getting started on it right away and I had my car back before the appt date they had set for me. I'm very happy, they did a great job and kept me informed every step of the way.
