Mario was excellent. Understandably due to the current times the waiting area was outside, hot and noisy but that was the only downside. They do have wifi so that helped. I was in for my first service after purchase so wasn't expecting issues and as expected there weren't. Thought when I bought the car they said service includes cleaning but I only got a spray down on the outside. Nothing in the interior. Just a misunderstanding on my part but now I know what is meant by cleaning and what to expect for my next service. Anyway, overall, happy with the service and dealership. Still love my Ioniq plug-in. Best purchase I've made in a while. More
