Everyone was really helpful and helped me stay within budget. We were greeted on the lot in the rain by the service manager and our sales representative was great to work with. During my purchase of a new Pilot I almost walked out during the process. It took almost 3 hours and I was almost sick by the time it was over. The sales person was great. My experience with the finance department was the most unprofessional situation I have ever faced. I should have been the easiest client. I went in with the intention to buy. I didn’t walk out, even after unprofessional situation I have ever faced. I should have been the easiest client. I went in with the intention to buy. I didn’t walk out, even after it took 4 plus hours just to get to the signing of paperwork. Then the paperwork was wrong and the guy excused himself and disappeared for 45 minutes. Best part? Nearly empty showroom. It was a slow day for them, as they said to me, and then had no excuse for taking so long with me. Very disappointed. I will NOT be back to that dealership. They were the only one near me that had the exact car I wanted, and I drove an hour to get there, the only reason I didn’t leave. More
