"Smell of cookies draws ya in, staff keep ya comin back!"

When we went through the door and was greeted by Diane, who offered the warmth of a smile and homemade cookies, I thought what a great way to start off a visit. To the side was the man who makes your dreams come true, Eric. He introduced himself and when he saw the car my daughter was looking he asked if she was interested in the model, she stated "I can't afford this" which made him reply "we'll see" and somehow you knew that wasn't even a sales pitch! From that moment on you could have had a smoke machine going and harps playing because my daughter was able to afford a Toyota, my daughter did get the color and model she wanted, heck my daughter got a fully loaded, safe, reliable, and need I type sharp looking car. The angels were singing, the stars aligned and dreams came true that day. Eric introduced us to the perfect sales person, Gina. It really is a gift for someone to be able to see who should be connected with which sales person because it was so easy to talk with her about our financial limits and inquires we were making that showed our lack of knowledge. Think about it, the ability to be open with a sales person and know they are being just as open with you. I felt the whole community of people at this dealership main desire was not to get my daughter into a car- but to make sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the process and sale. I was overwhelmed- maybe too enthusiastic - but that could have been the cookies - which they didn't limit my consumption! The music was great too, I knew the songs and may have embarrassed by daughter but how can you not sing along Also a feature that made me realize how different a dealership this was- there was a guy there from an insurance company. I mean one stop shopping right! For me this was great because I wanted my adult daughter to have her own loan and not be a co-signer, this couldn't have happened if she was to be on my insurance. It blew us both away when the quote was the same she would have paid under my plan AND HER COVERAGE IS BETTER!!!!! Last, the other day we got a thank you card in the mail- NOW WHO DOES THAT. It was not one of those advertisement thank yours, trying to sell us some accessories, NOOOOO this was hand written and touching. I guess that's the level of customer service they can pride themselves on, from the warm and sweet greeting and trying to feed you (ha-ha) to the hand written thank you card afterwards (an art so few partake of)- it's all about feeling like you have become part of a family, and being Italian that's the most important. I will now purchase all my future cars with this dealership- because being Italian- you don't go against the family (ha-ha)
