I have been a returning customer to security over the years and the only reason I keep coming back is for AJ, Tom Dunn and Dianna. There is a woman named Sam in insurance that was an absolute pleasure as years and the only reason I keep coming back is for AJ, Tom Dunn and Dianna. Unfortunately This last visit my husband and I who have been first responders during this pandemic were absolutely appalled seeing mangers, “head guys” and even staff walking around with no mask on their face, either in their hand, wrapped around their forearm or not on them at all. Also the rude Language, expressed loudly and in the open anywhere from almost all staff is absolutely disgusting in a professional setting. Like I said I am thankful to the three mentioned earlier who never lack on their professionalism and care. For the rest of the staff including managers and head people, they might want to reevaluate the kind of environment and messages they are sending to people who come to their dealership. More
