So I dropped the truck off for an issue that was previously looked at and I was given false information on how to fix it. After dropping the truck off to be looked again, I was forced to then come b previously looked at and I was given false information on how to fix it. After dropping the truck off to be looked again, I was forced to then come back again because they couldn’t hear the squeak coming from the suspension. I took a test drive with a tech and he confirmed he heard it. About 3 days went by and I didn’t hear anything back so I called and they said they cannot hear the squeak and that I should come get the truck. So I picked it up and noticed a day later that they damaged the sidewall on my tire and they damaged the rim as well. So I tried calling so they could rectify this issue and the supervisor did not answer the phone so I left a message with my phone number so they could call me back. Two days went by without a call so I called again and was forced to leave yet another message. They still haven’t called and I don’t expect them to. I feel like I’m just being pushed away because the shop messed up and doesn’t want to take responsibility. Will never let you touch my truck again. Extremely unprofessional More
