I bought a jeep in 2015 and also added a tire replacement service, the salesperson said that with this service that the tires would be covered for the entirety of making payments I went in needing tire rep service, the salesperson said that with this service that the tires would be covered for the entirety of making payments I went in needing tire replacement and they now say it doesn’t count cause of the wear of the tires, and then tried to sell me tires The sales person even said that I could even come in for new tires just before the payments were complete, he actually laughed about it, my question is why sell a tire replacement when it’s not honored, I have filled out these before and I have not heard from them to discuss the issue More
