First let me say that I am a very hard person to please. I am not the easiest customer to satisfy. I have owned many exotic cars in my lifetime and had service from some of the finest dealerships in New Eng I am not the easiest customer to satisfy. I have owned many exotic cars in my lifetime and had service from some of the finest dealerships in New England. In all of that time, there has always been one thing that has been missing, sincerity. It was intended, but never truly felt by me by the servicing dealership. I never felt like the salesperson and or the dealership for that matter had my best interest in mind. I was just another customer, commission, and out the door. End of story. That is a distant memory when I found Lahti’s. I cannot speak highly enough about all the individuals in the Lahti’s family, all are fantastic and pool to create one solid team. But there is one individual that deserves special recognition, that individual is Dianne Lozeau. Dianne, and what she brings to Lahti’s is different. Her candor and work ethic should be the benchmark on how all salesperson are judged. What makes Dianne different is her genuine, positive attitude. Dianne gets to know you first, what you are looking for, and finds the best vehicle for you and your family’s needs. She does not push to sell you more or less. She listens. You are her top priority. She then takes that tenacity to make your purchase a relaxed reality. She takes that extra step, where all others fall short. There are no “games” She is the real deal. I can honestly say that I'm a very indecisive and at times difficult to please. That being said, Dianne made it so nice to work with. She listened to everything we had to say, showed us our options, wasn't at all pushy with anything, and very personable. She was so nice to even go over everything I still didn't understand about transitioning from a small car, to a larger four wheel drive SUV. They truly do want what's best for you, your goals and budget. I have never been happy with any dealership, but I am beyond happy with lahti's. They have definately just gained two lifelong customers. Happy ones too. More
