extremely over priced used vehicles We came to the dealership to look at a used Toyota. the price was $5000 over Kelly blue book and they would not negotiate or offer a reasonable price. The sales manager seemed to think this was the last one in the world, but due to the magic of google he was wrong. We found the same vehicle 4 years newer, much better condition and lower mileage just across town. Kolosso has a reputation for being over priced and unreasonable and they sure live up to it. More

I had previously owned a Prius and bought it at another dealership but I got the Prius serviced at Kolosso and the service was excellent and no problems at all. My salesperson Michelle Nelson did a terrific job also and was busy the day we came in selling another car to pick up our 2020 Toyota Corolla XSE which is an Awesome car!!!!!!!! Nelson put us with co-sales man Alex Free to explain all the bells & whistles on the 2020 Corolla XSE. Mr. Free reminded me of one of my college profs he took his time, explaining everything on the new car, no question was not considered or answered by him. Very knowledgeable, professional & 1st class service was received from Mr. Free by my wife & I on our new car. Purchase of 2015 Civic I was looking for a newer vehicle for my daughter to drive to work that would be safe and economical. After searching the internet, driving through nu I was looking for a newer vehicle for my daughter to drive to work that would be safe and economical. After searching the internet, driving through numerous car lots and being "BS'd" or almost run over by numerous sales people on golf carts, I said enough already.. In 2014, my wife had worked with Marvin Michael and we found that sales experience to be outstanding in every regard. Marvin was transitioning to a management position with Kolosso , yet I was most fortunate to have his assistance throughout the search and connection to a newer vehicle. Marvin was training a new sales consultant by the name of Zach Morrell. Zach, , although new to car sales presented himself as an earnest young man who understood the importance of manners, respectful conversation, a commitment to establishing positive relationships and being of service. Safety, reliability and economy were my primary concerns for her. After a brief look on the lot, I found a 2015 Honda Civic with 30,000 miles and looked showroom. Marvin worked with Zach and Dick DeMuth (general manager) to help secure the best possible deal... I must note that i was a bit hesitant re: the Civic due to the fact that my daughter had previously been in an accident in which her vehicle was totaled. I need reassurance and a strait forward conversation. I was blessed to have that conversation with Dick DeMuth. We talked at length about our kids, the critical importance of safety in a vehicle that a young person can afford to drive and maintain. In addition t being an excellent manager, he is sensitive and sincere in his care and concern for people. I was blessed to meet Jodi Franklin in the finance office to close the paperwork. Jodi is also new to Kolosso having recently transitioned to this position from a local financial institution. Although new, Jodi was excellent in all aspects of the financial closing of the sale. Establishing positive relationships is of critical importance to me and it is was apparent it is to Jodi. Somehow the conversation while professional and attentive to the details of the transaction, allowed for interchange about kids, grand kids and dogs...and lots of smiles.. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND HER MORE HIGHLY. I could not be happier with the service and experience I had with this purchase. All that and my daughter absolutely loves her car!!!! More
