From driving onto the lot to being greeted at the door and throughout the entire customer experience was extremely positive. Although Zach is relatively new to car sales, it is readily apparent that he places strong value on developing a positive relationship with guests that come to this dealership. He is not rattled by extensive questions about vehicles and if he does not know an answer he seeks out those who do. He is strait forward and honest in his interactions. It clearly appeared to me that his mission was to assist me in getting into a vehicle that met my criteria for safety, reliability and comfort. He at no time made any effort to up sell me or try to match me to a vehicle that was not in my current or future best interests or out of my budget. He was willing to take the time to make sure I had the information I needed to make a decision and at no time made me feel that I was imposing on his schedule. As it turned out, there was 1 certified 2017 Rav 4 XLE on a very full lot that had the safety options I was looking for. After looking at the new 2019 Rav 4's, (which I really liked), it was clear my needs could be met to my satisfaction in the 2017 practically new car. I would strongly recommend Zach Morrell as a sales consultant if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I further was assisted by two members of the management team in acquiring this vehicle, Marvin Micheal and Dick DeMuth. I have previously worked with Marvin when he was a sales consultant at Kolosso last summer when my wife purchased her Toyota Rav 4. As a sales consultant, he was perhaps the best I have ever encountered in my 48 years of car ownership. I was blessed to work again with Marvin in his new role as a manager. Marvin took the time to research various vehicles as well as work with Dick DeMuth to negotiate and arrive at the best possible outcome for me. Finance and sales closure were handled by Jerry of whom I found very positive and forthright. In business, schools or any venture, there is a phrase "as goes, so goes" ... If this saying is true, as I strongly have found it to be... Kolosso Toyota is blessed by having Dick as their general sales manager and Marvin as a member of their management team. I can tell you without hesitation that those blessings were given to me as a customer. Please give these individuals your most serious consideration if you are looking for a new or used car. More

Both clearly had the experience and tact to make such an arms-length transaction a good one. You could tell that he was still pretty new and needed to learn more about the vehicles, but whenever he didn't know something he got the answer and didn't try bs-ing his way around the questions. He was very straight forward and I appreciated this very much. With this being said I would definitely deal with Alex again. The management we dealt with was also great! They were very friendly and treated me and my family with great respect, almost like they knew us. I hope this was the start of a great relationship with Kolosso and so far very impressed! More
