Marvin Michel greeted us with a smile and a handshake. At every point of our search and experience he was knowledgeable and personable. He asked very appropriate and concerned about helping us find the right vehicle . We looked at. Rav 4, Camry and Prous. He took time to explain each vehicle from bumper to bumper. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics or sales sleeve lingo. He made suggestions that were in our best interests to meet our needs with a vehicle that got better miles per gallon , even though the vehicle cost significantly less. His concern was our complete satisfaction. I can say without hesitation that we would buy from Marvin again. He is a young man Of outstanding integrity and character. Dick DeMuth , general sales manager must also be recognized for his outstanding and personable service. While we hoped to purchase the vehicle for a lower price , Mr. DeMuth was honest, look you in The eye and personable in explaining their costs in the vehicle. With this information and trust in his character, we did not hesitate to purchase the vehicle at a price that was a win win for both Kolosso and us. My wife absolutely loves her Rav 4. No pressure and very accomodating I had been looking to replace my 2008 Camry Hybrid for about 6 months, and was really inclined to purchase another Camry. I saw online that a pre-owne I had been looking to replace my 2008 Camry Hybrid for about 6 months, and was really inclined to purchase another Camry. I saw online that a pre-owned RAV4 hybrid with low mileage was available and decided to explore. The deciding factor, besides financing, was whether or not my elderly mother would be able to get into the vehicle. Dick and Brian were so very accomodating in letting me drive the RAV off the lot literally for the whole afternoon in order to drive to my Mother's to have her try the ride. I am now the proud owner of a RAV4 and hope I like it as much as I loved my Camry! My only disappointment was that the online calculator of payments did not take into account any additional taxes and my failure to recognize that (plus some purchased add-ons) resulted in a higher than wanted monthly payment at an interest rate higher than I had hoped to pay. It would really be nice if the online calculator, or the listed sales price of the vehicle, at least took any added taxes into account so that a more accurate estimate of monthly payments could be made. I really did try to do my homework before going to the dealership and having to add those additional dollars to the final bill was unexpected. More

My only complaint was that one of my key fabs didn't work.( Dead battery) you'd think that they would check if it worked before selling. No big deal, put new battery in it, now it works.
