They sent me home with the wrong car! They sent us home with a 2 wheel drive RAV4 when we had always discussed and test drove the All wheel drive. Once we noticed their mistake we called and instead of helping us they tried getting even more money out of us by having us trade it in for far below what we paid and then pay even more for the All Wheel Drive which we had negotiated in the first place. Last night we came in late, Marcia was assisting another customer, but was able to accommodate us as well. We ended up making a decision to purchase that night, and rather than rescheduling as closing time approached, she worked with her Financial and Sales team to get us written up yet that night. They all stayed quite late to give us top notch service and let us drive home with the vehicle yet that night. It was unexpected that they were able to make it work despite the late hour, but it was greatly appreciated. It was our second vehicle with Kolosso because of the level of service we've experienced at every turn from our local dealer. More

Marvin understood our needs and priorities, he had insightful and intelligent suggestions, and demonstrated exemplary ‘people skills’ throughout. It may seem old fashioned to mention someone’s good manners but Marvin was so pleasant and well mannered it’s worth mentioning! He was so kind as he synced my phone to my new vehicle and made sure I knew how to set radio stations and phone contacts. I will recommend Marvin and Kolosso to anyone who has looking for a car!
