We bought a used car from them. They were in such a rush to get the car to us that they left all of the previous owners information in the car including their home address, phone nu They were in such a rush to get the car to us that they left all of the previous owners information in the car including their home address, phone numbers and subscriptions. Plus they left us with less than half a tank of gas driving off the lot. When we test drove the car, the tire pressure sensor kept going off and they promised it would be fixed. Drove off the lot and less than 10 minutes later tire pressure monitor went off again. Called them and they said to bring it in so they could look at it. We calibrated it and it was fixed for like 2 weeks. Then it kept going off. Brought it in and they did the same thing, just calibrated it. That’s obviously not the issue and they refuse to fix it. When we told the sales manager Dick about having access to the previous car owners information and we would be letting them know (because we literally had their home address and phone numbers), he just nodded and said ok. They were very helpful and great to us when we were purchasing the car. Afterwards, not so much. More

I had the WORST buying experience there. They did not disclose that the new car had TWO DENTS in the chrome trim that under the sun were not noticeable. After signing the purchase, they brought it and we disclose that the new car had TWO DENTS in the chrome trim that under the sun were not noticeable. After signing the purchase, they brought it and we pointed out the dents. They assured me that they would fix it. The car was serviced in Madison and they had to pull the part from another new car, so the part didn’t line up with the juncture and looks bad. I returned yesterday from Madison and they treated me so bad, so disrespectfully and pressured me to accept the damage and bad repair in a very dismissing way. And I just bought a new car!!! This should never had to happen if it had a full inspection and if the damage was disclosed to me. They cheated then and they cheat now when they do NOT want to fix the chrome part to my entire satisfaction. They are pushing and manipulating the situation so I had to accept that a new car that I bought only 4 days ago came damaged. The sales manager Dick deMuth is so rude and dismissive that it is painful to know i purchased something from him. My family bought and leased three cars from Toyoya with great experience. But the treatment and dishonesty from Kolosso Toyota was the WORST experience in my life. They neither deserve your money nor your trust at all. I am taking this case to the highest levels of consumer relations at corporate Toyota. Don’t buy from these people, no good people. More
