I love my new Ghibli and had a fabulous experience working with Dick Ivey. I was anticipating that walking into a Maserati dealership would be intimidating (especially as I was in from out of town and working with Dick Ivey. I was anticipating that walking into a Maserati dealership would be intimidating (especially as I was in from out of town and traveling alone), but Dick immediately put me at ease with his kindness and genuine spirit. I appreciated the knowledge he shared about these beautiful cars in a way that I could understand. His great communication continued when a small problem came to light after the transaction closed- Dick (and the dealership) immediately worked to resolve the problem. I’m grateful that I found such a beautiful Ghibli, and especially grateful that I got to work with Dick! I will tell all of Nashville to go see Dick in Atlanta if they need a Maserati! More
