While I was having my Silverado truck serviced, I was looking at some new cars on the lot and saw an Equinox I liked. I got up with Dickie Heckler, the salesman who has sold us a vehicle in the past. After having my truck serviced I went home to get my wife to test drive it and she also liked it. Dickie gave us a good deal, so we purchased it. He was courteous and not pushy. We were offered MORE MONEY for our trade-in then other dealers were willing to pay! I called and spoke with the new car sales manager (Mr. Delmar Dice) and explained what we had and what we had been of dealers were willing to pay! Mr. Dice asked to see our vehicle and turned us over to new car salesman (Mr. Dickie Heckler). I explained to Mr. Heckler over the phone what type of vehicle we were looking for, before we arrived. By the time we arrived (1.5 hours from original phone call), Mr. Heckler had found the vehicle (model, type and color) we were looking for in Dayton Beach, Fl. and made arrangements to have the car delivered to their dealership. Their financing beat what we had on our previous vehicle, they give us more for our trade-in and worked with us to facilitate having our new vehicle outfitted with a front tow hitch installed. 5 Star Service!!! Outstanding Dealership!! First, I would like to say that both Delmar and Dickie were just great people. After starting a new job I had to change my car to a truck. I was looking at Ford 150's and Chevy Avalanches. I stopped in at Pete Moore to look at Avalanches and was met by Dickie Heckler. Despite the rain that day, Dickie took the time to show their vehicles and demonstrate their features. He was very knowledgable about both his products and the competitors, which is more than I can say for other dealerships I visited. When I went back for a test drive, I got a chance to drive the vehicle over both local streets and the highway, unlike other dealerships which gave the 'around the block' drive. I got good value for my trade-in and a good deal for my new Avalanche. I would recommend Dickie Heckler and the Pete Moore dealership without reservation. More
