BUYER BEWARE! !!! Would give this zero stars if I could. Bought a car here two years ago and immediately started having issues with oil burning too quickly. Couldn’ !!! Would give this zero stars if I could. Bought a car here two years ago and immediately started having issues with oil burning too quickly. Couldn’t even make it a week after getting an oil change before I have no oil in my car and it had a constant burning smell. Tried to bring it in to get it checked they said it’s a known issue. They extended the engine warranty because they knew it was going to break but won’t fix it until it “officially breaks” told me to just keep putting oil in it. Which is such a joke, We’ve probably spent over $1000 on adding additional oil but they refused to help or do anything. I even explained how I have three small children and what if we were in the car on the highway when the car decides to break this can’t be safe? But again just refused to do anything. Fast-forward to now and the engine officially broke and They are quoting it could take up to two months for the repair and they’re not gonna cover a rental for those two months. This is a warranty issue and an issue that the dealer has known about and I’ve tried to get fixed multiple times, but they would not do anything until it “officially broke”. But now I’m out of car for two months and will need a rental that I have to pay out of pocket for? They keep saying it’s not our fault it’s corporate but corporate blames the dealer for not having loaners. It’s a joke and absolutely insane. This feels illegal. I would never buy a car from them again. Stay away from this place!! More

Had a very bad experience a couple of month ago. Had a major issue with steering wheel. Took the dealership 2 weeks to "fix" the problem without providing a courtesy car. In 2 days I had exactly the same issue with a car. Took another 2 weeks to fix the problem without providing a courtesy car. Got other problems with engine definitely related to the fixing of the steering wheel. This dealership might be good to perform a simple tasks (oil change, tire rotation) but definitely not for more complex assignments. More
