He was very helpful and professional through the entire process from the test drive all the way to purchase. I appreciate his follow-up call a week later to see how I was doing with the car. This really shows their commitment to service on the personal level. I brought back the car this weekend to have a roof rack installed. Freddy, Julie and the service team were great and had everything set so the process went as smooth as possible. They got us in-and-out quickly with a loaner vehicle while the car was being worked on and called us back within a couple hours with the finished car. I would highly recommend the team at Capistrano Mazda. They truly live up to their slogan, smilage guaranteed! More
