We purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento XS AWD from Denis Mejia on 3/30. I gave Denis a very specific list of my "must have" features. His reply to my inquiry was timely & he located a car that Edwards recently re on 3/30. I gave Denis a very specific list of my "must have" features. His reply to my inquiry was timely & he located a car that Edwards recently received on their lot which checked all of my required boxes. He sent me several detailed pictures showing both the exterior & interior of the vehicle. After test driving the car later that evening, Denis was able to make our price point work and we had a deal signed off on the very next day. Love my new car & we are satisfied with the sales experience at Edwards Kia. Thanks Denis Mejia 👍 More

This was the 3rd car I have purchased fro Edwards Kia. Everyone is so nice & knowledgeable. Nate Ryan was our sales rep. He was great got me a great deal on my trade in and my new car too. The sales manager explained this 'hour glass' concept to us, saying how important our time was to them. If the hour glass expired, our first payment would be covered by the dealership. It expired ... no follow through from sales manager. ... i also cant stand the game where the salesperson goes back and forth with the sales manager. I tell you what I can afford, and then theres this constant haggle and upsales crap that drives me crazy. If you cant make a deal I can afford, just tell me and dont waste my time. And If i say 'no' to extras, let it go. Finally, dont hold/hide the keys to MY car while we're trying to hash out a deal so that I cant leave. Thats shady. The previous car I bought, th3 sales manager offered me $1000 off if I took a black one, didnt want black but agreed. The sales manager conveniently forgot to mention that to the finance guy....just like the hour glass expiration thing never got followed through on. More
