I probably reached out to at least 6-8 different dealerships nationwide to find the car I wanted. All of them had so many dealer add-ons and fees and weren’t competitive on pricing. When I spoke to Dillon, it was like a breath of fresh air- it didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything, just that he was trying to help me get the car I wanted. Great experience in the Finance office as well- they offered an extended warranty, but weren’t pushy about it. They made the process for signing the documents easy as well shipping them to me overnight via FedEx with a return envelope. Great fast communication, and they were able to ship the vehicle to me from Dallas to San Antonio, when we only initially agreed I’d drive to pick it up in Austin, saving me a lot of headache and waiting in traffic. I would absolutely buy from this dealership again. More
