Went in for an oil change and was told I needed brake fluid change. He said $235 but didn’t explain that he meant on top of oil change charge that was already $400. Dion Grace was fantastic as he throughly explained all but being a state of an art building as when it was being built many years ago but first time inside not all impressed. The glass of the person sitting in the glass office behing reception desk was smeared everywhere with people just bsing inside, laughing, etc. Your " coffee lounge" consisted of a 4' table with a very $$$ cheap/old one cup coffee maker with a jug of water...xxx this a BMW dealer??? My other auto is a Lexus and when I go in either dealership for service etc, they have a complete business center, a nice lounge with full treats, diff libations, etc. I will probably go to Westmont as this dealer looks a lil rundown or under funded for the customer experience and only to maximax the bottom line for the owner...VERY disappointed is an understated.EEWWWW...felt unclean too More

My 2020 BMW X6M was involved in an accident in January and sent to Crash Champions in Crestwood for repairs. Though they were good for replacing what was damaged, they could not seem to figure out why my and sent to Crash Champions in Crestwood for repairs. Though they were good for replacing what was damaged, they could not seem to figure out why my engine light kept coming on or why it seemed to idle high or ride noticeably rough. Crash Champions took my vehicle back and sent it to BMW in Orland Park, where they not only repaired the damaged louvers in my grill but noticed that my engine mounts were damaged as well. The vehicle seemed near perfect after their repairs except that my steering wheel was not properly aligned with the wheels. Crash Champions thought that they could have the vehicle aligned somewhere else but that proved to be wrong and my vehicle had to go back to BMW for a proper alignment. In the end, there is no compromise to good repair work as the repair staff at BMW in Orland Park have proven. My vehicle now rides like new again thanks to the BMW staff. Thanks More
