Don't ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We found the vehicle we wanted on their website. We looked at the vehicle at 2 other dealerships and completed lots of research. We knew we wanted this vehicle and was ready to make the purchase. We called them 3 times to inquire about the vehicle. Discussed options on the vehicle, price and was it in stock. Always saying yes they had the vehicle. They gave us a VIP appointment for 5 pm. I called on our way which we live 1 hour away to let them know we were running late and asked again if the vehicle was still available. I was told yes and they moved our appointment to 5:30. They seat us fill out their paperwork and then asked to value our trade-in. We said we wanted to test drive the vehicle and see it in the light. He said they could pull it in a bay and it was still being cleaned. Sitting there for 40 minutes he comes back to tell us the vehicle is sold. REALLY!! WHEN!! They tried to sell us another vehicle. NO!! We came to purchase the one you have on-line and said was still in stock. Then a manager came to apologize and again offer us a different vehicle. We left very disgusted and angry!!! In this day why are dealerships still pulling this trick?? Very bad business and a tarnish to the McGrath name as we are loyal McGrath Lexus customers. More

Very bad experience, I have visited 4 times and they don’t care about customer time. Booked appointment to see car, when visit dealership they just informed car just sold out and they didn’t notify rega don’t care about customer time. Booked appointment to see car, when visit dealership they just informed car just sold out and they didn’t notify regarding car got sold out. After that for another car checked with sales team and they confirmed availability and I want their to see car and test drive it and sales team started paperwork. After 10 minutes they just inform me that they will Sale car to another buyer instead of to me, after taking all information from me to make paperwork. ALL OF THIS JUST WASTED 16-20 HR More
