Not only did he personally deliver the car to me at my office, but he spent nearly three hours introducing me to all the latest BMW electronics. Starting with their internet rep, then initial phone calls for info, to our phone call to Dmitry (and, yes, he is a 'genius'); all positive! The environment is state of the art - and the hospitality and attentiveness to their clients is stellar! Dmitry handled everything with class, professionalism, and a nice sense of humor. New M3 purchase Bought a 2018 M3. I worked with Dmitry and he was great. 1 issue I wouldn’t have expected: After the car was detailed for me to pick up, there Bought a 2018 M3. I worked with Dmitry and he was great. 1 issue I wouldn’t have expected: After the car was detailed for me to pick up, there were water marks on the windows and certain place on the paint. And when I opened the hood, there was tons if white water marks all over with a powdery residue. I wiped it down myself and it looks good. But they are definitely using hard water to wash cars and it’s not good. I live within 5 minutes of the dealer and the water around here is very very hard. I would suggest some water softening equipment in the detailing area and car wash. Love the car though! More

Great Deal; Great to Deal With I had been shopping around for a CPO X4 for several weeks, and I found what I was looking for at Daniel's BMW. I was emailing Dmitry about the one th I had been shopping around for a CPO X4 for several weeks, and I found what I was looking for at Daniel's BMW. I was emailing Dmitry about the one they had in stock, and he was able to get me a price that made the ~100 mile drive worth it. He was also able to get me a fair price for my trade to sweeten the deal. I arrived at Daniel's to find that the dealership was clean, modern, and had a very friendly atmosphere. Dmitry was polite, professional, and attentive. He worked on getting everything lined up (financing, paperwork, etc.) before I arrived so that I could get back on the road in my new car as soon as possible. Being out of state, I had a bit more paperwork to go through than a PA buyer. Clint Peters from finance was well prepared with a stack of paperwork, and his explanation of everything I signed was succinct. Before I knew it, Dmitry was demonstrating all the new features and options of my new car, and stuck around to answer any questions I had. The complimentary aluminum & leather key chains and pen were a nice touch. Despite living far away, I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is willing to travel for good prices and great service. More

No pressure, knowledgeable staff - easy experience Came to Daniels to explore buying my first BMW. I submitted my indication of interest through their website and was quickly met with a warm email from Came to Daniels to explore buying my first BMW. I submitted my indication of interest through their website and was quickly met with a warm email from Kelly. After exchanging emails for a few days, I went in for a test drive and was met with friendly, knowledgeable answers to all of my questions. I came back a few days later to meet with Dmitry, another member of the sales team who was also very helpful. Upon that visit we quickly made what I deemed to be a fair deal which felt more like a collaboration than a "me vs. them" mentality. Went to pick up the car a few days later, got the full run down, and was on my way. Definitely a painless experience. More
