Double the Pleasure Came in with the intention of trading in my wife's car for a newer one. Saw a vehicle that interested me as well. Ended up trading in and purchasing Came in with the intention of trading in my wife's car for a newer one. Saw a vehicle that interested me as well. Ended up trading in and purchasing 2 cars in the same night. Trade in values were very fair, pricing was great. Doc did a great job explaining everything to us. Answered any and all questions and let us know he was here to serve us if we had any concerns or questions, don't hesitate to call him. Great customer service, very customer friendly. Great experience! My buying experience at this dealer was great. Doc Dockery was very helpful in explaining features of cars and answering any questions we had. He was honest from beginning to end and was never pushy like a lot of salesmen can be. Ryan Sitter helped with our finances and he made the process easy. Purchase was good, major problems afterwards Bought a CPO vehicle here last year and the purchase experience was overall pretty good. Really great price on the car. It was below market price and in great shape, so it didn't hurt much when they said they don't negotiate. The purchase process was anything but quick, but it was overall fine. HOWEVER, since purchasing the car I have needed to get things repaired under the CPO warranty 3 times. Each time, the dealer I took the vehicle to get repaired at told me it was not registered in the system as a CPO vehicle. After many hours of calling Advantage, I finally got through to the manager who said he would get it taken care of "by the end of the day." I was told this 3 times. The paperwork does show my car is certified, but their inability to send the proper paperwork to GM corporate is astounding. I would love to chat with the owner about this... More

From start to finish we couldn't ask for a better experience. Ryan S., the finance manager, is fantastic! Not only does he love veterans and all Chicago sports teams but he didn't rush us and made sure we completely understand all the confusing paperwork. Since we went on a Saturday, we had our 3 year old with us and he made sure she was comfortable and was so incredibly sweet to her even when she was getting antsy. We will never buy another car from anywhere else. They have a great team working at Advantage and Ryan is THE BEST there is!!! More

Way above our expectations My wife and I haven't bought a car in a while and expected the old typical stereotypes of buying a car.We could not of been more wrong. Doc was our sa My wife and I haven't bought a car in a while and expected the old typical stereotypes of buying a car.We could not of been more wrong. Doc was our salesman and could not of been friendlier.He was extremely patient with all our questions, knowledgeable, and we never felt rushed.Now here's where we were stunned going for all the financing.Ryan Sitter is has to be one of the best and nicest at their job.Right off the top he lets us know after some work he was able to get us a lower rate and a substantially lower payment.But it didn't stop there after talking with him for a few minutes explaining that because of my credit only my wife would be on the paperwork and we were worried about how this reflects on her credit score in the future as we wanted to buy a house shortly he said wait let me see what I can do here.Ryan was not only able to add me to the paperwork to help rebuild my credit but it only raised our payment by $2 a month.He had to redo all the paperwork already printed out just to help out my wife in me plan for the future. We will be returning for future car purchases and recommending these two to friends and family. More
