I contact GM corporate. They contacted one of your business managers. The end result? Nothing. My vehicle is not able to be serviced by other dealerships because your dealership did not submit the paperwork or whatever necessary so my vehicle shows CPO status in the service system. Last October I spoke with a manager who said he would take care of it by the end of the day. Figure out who that was and figure out what needs to be done. This is ridiculous!!! I have a service appointment Thursday. I won't be paying out of pocket for services that are covered under warranty.
