Maricela was very responsive and had a high level of costumer service through the whole process to complete the deal. The level of engagement over text and email was much appreciated. I arrived at the dealership to pick up the Tacoma and saw the 4Runner Limited I really wanted. Maricela quickly pivoted to show me the 4Runner and made the deal happen. While we were waiting for finance she sat with me and visited. Maricela is a super nice, kind human. The world needs more Maricela’s. She single handedly made me a super fan of Gladstone Toyota and I will definitely tell others about her and my experience with the dealership. Thanks for marking the car buying experience so great!
